Why can't we have Medicare for all?

I have my own personal medical  insurance . How may these proposed Health-Care reform steps influence me?

Identity believe the 8 could have  insurance   to particular organizations on account of it having four-doors lol But my issue is I'm 19 and been taking a look at progressive and I've to pay $1200 every 6 months for one of these vehicles! I have a clean history and needed the safety class also. Today basically was under my parentis insurance might that be maybe cheaper
